conduct business. I strive to exhibit professionalism, diligence, respect,
and integrity for my clients.
My name is Grant Pollet, and
I am The Rental House Specialist in Austin Texas. In my opinion, it is
an honor to assist families in locating a home. Many who relocate to
Austin are first introduced to a Realtor in searching for a Rental House.
Yet, ironically, most individuals do not think of Realtors when in need of
locating a Rental House.
I specialize primarily in
leasing houses between $1200/month to $5,000/month. While many Real Estate
Agents practice residential sales, investments, and leasing, I focus
only on Rental Houses. My purpose is not to become merely good in all
areas of Real Estate but to become superior in one area that will allow me
to deliver the highest quality service.
In addition to locating homes for tenants, I successfully market Austin Rental
Houses for property owners. Since I have a background of over 5
years of Information Technology experience prior to practicing Real
Estate, I am able to utilize the most up-to-date technology to effectively
market Rental Houses and obtain qualified tenants. In the 21st
